Catering questions, answered
Is there a minimum order?
Most per-person menus have a 12-guest minimum. A few event items, like the sundae bar and chocolate fountain, start at 20 guests. Each item shows its minimum when you add it.
How far ahead should I order?
Online orders can be scheduled from the next day onward. Delivery runs 7 days a week, 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM. For large events, reach out as early as you can.
How do I pay?
Checkout is handled by Square: pay by credit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay and get an emailed receipt. Companies with a billing account can ask us about invoicing.
Can you handle dietary needs?
Yes. Vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free choices are marked on the menu, and you can note allergies and special requests at checkout.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver across Manhattan from our kitchen on West 54th Street. For events outside Manhattan, contact us and we will confirm availability.
What fees are added to my order?
Every order includes a 10% delivery fee and a 10% administrative fee, both calculated on the food subtotal and shown before you pay. NYC sales tax applies. You can add an optional tip for the delivery team at checkout.
Do you offer boxed or individually packaged meals?
Yes. Boxed lunches, the Executive Box and Breakfast in a Box are packed per person, which works well for trainings and hybrid meetings.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as early as possible with your order reference. We will confirm any change by email.
Do you provide staff for events?
For receptions and larger events, ask about service staff when you request a quote.
Can my company pay by invoice or order tax-exempt?
Yes, for approved company accounts. Contact us before ordering and send your tax-exempt certificate if it applies.
